Depth and breadth of experience, understanding and good judgment about real estate development, investment and other business matters acquired over a period of 45 years as an attorney handling complex and sophisticated real estate and other business transactions in the U.S.

Extensive knowledge about “everything Namibian,” including how business is conducted, acquired pursuant to establishing and operating a successful 501(c)(3) corporation there, numerous trips to and extensive travel within the country, writing articles, speaking engagements, assisting the Namibian ambassadors to the U.S. in the organization of trade missions and accompanying developers, investors, educators, business entrepreneurs and others from the U. S., on many such trade missions to promote investment and economic development in Namibia.
